How to Mount a Shared Mailbox in Outlook on Mac
1. Open Outlook Settings
In outlook, go to settings by clicking on “Outlook” in the top left, or by hitting the keyboard shortcut
cmd + ,
2. Navigate to accounts.
Next, click on “Accounts”.

Then, click on your account under the “Mail Accounts” section. There should be a “Default” label on it.

3. Shared Accounts
Next, find the “Delegates and Sharing” section. Click on it.

Find the “Shared with Me” tab. Click on it, then click on the “+” button at the bottom left of the box.

Type the email address which you are needing access, then click the “Add” button. If your account truly does have permissions to access this mailbox, then it will allow you to access it.
