Log in to Your Shopify Admin: Start by logging into your Shopify admin panel using your credentials.
Go to Orders: From the Shopify admin, click on Orders. This will display a list of all your orders.
Select the Order to Refund: Find and click on the order you wish to refund. This will open the order details page. See image below.
Initiate the Refund: On the order details page, click on the Refund button. This will open the refund dialog. See image below.
Enter Refund Amount: In the refund dialog, enter the amount you wish to refund, or check the box within the Refund Shipping section. You can choose to refund the full amount or a partial amount.
Restock Items (Optional): If you want to return the items to your inventory, check the Restock items box.
