How to Add a Solicit Code

What is a Solicit Code? Solicit codes are used when a donor requests to not receive email, phone calls, mailings, or any other kind of special request from a donor.

Add a solicit code

Under Solicit codes on a constituent's record, select Edit.

Select Add a solicit code.

Choose the solicit code to add, and — if applicable — enter when it's valid. Example: Do Not Mail, Appeal Only, or No Event Invitations

Select Save.
