Align prints for 1099-NEC

In order to align, generated forms, to preprinted paper, such as 1099-NEC forms. The following settings are required while printing from Adobe Reader.

The Page Sizing and Handling setting needs to be set to: "Actual Size"

Other settings such as Fit and Custom Scale, scale the document to fit within the print margins. As the generated forms have blank space in the print margins and are generated to fit the entire page, print margins are to be ignored. The only setting ignoring this and fitting it to the full page is: "Actual Size"
